What counts as a Messaged Contact?
Any contact that sends or receives a message (or an IVR call) in your billing period counts as a Messaged Contact. Other contacts on your account will not be billed. This lets you build up a contact list in TextIt while only paying for the contacts you are actively interacting with.
Do you offer non-profit discounts?
Yes. Registered non-profits and accredited organizations may qualify for special pricing. Please get in touch with details about your organization to get started.
Can I get a demo?

Can I pay without a credit card?
For large accounts with special requirements, we can provide invoices and the ability to pay by bank transfer.
Do I pay my messaging channels separately?
Yes. You are responsible for covering any fees from the channel you connect to your workspace.
