“It’s our main form of communication and we use it daily for regular text messages, appointment reminders, rescheduling, as well as sending links for forms clients need to sign. So we’re able to create lots of automations. When someone messages us, the system [TextIt] checks if they have an assigned insurance agent. If so, it notifies that agent and may send an instant reply. We are also able to filter messages by platform—SMS or WhatsApp—to ensure quick and efficient support.

This is a day-before appointment reminder that helps confirm or reschedule appointments. If someone replies '2' to reschedule, they're moved to a 'Reschedule' group. Once they actually reschedule, they re-enter our appointment flow and receive reminders again. If they don’t reschedule, we can follow up with them a few days later.
