🧭 Searching with ‘Last Seen On’

Use last_seen_on in your search queries to locate contacts based on when they were last active. Here’s how:

📌 Exact date: last_seen_on = "2025-01-01"

📌 Seen after a date: last_seen_on > "2025-01-01"

📌 Seen before a date: last_seen_on < "2025-01-01"

📌 Between two dates: last_seen_on >= "2025-01-01" AND last_seen_on <= "2025-03-01"

📌 Not seen on a specific date: last_seen_on != "2025-01-01"

📌 Multiple specific dates: last_seen_on = "2025-01-01" OR last_seen_on = "2025-02-01"

✨ Once you've found the contacts you're looking for, you can easily create a new group with them!

📁 Creating a Smart Group

In this example, we searched for contacts who haven’t interacted with us before a specific date 📆.

👉 Just click Create smart group to gather them all together. 📝 Then, give your group a name like “Dormant” to track them easily!
