First things first: you'll need to head to your dashboard. Here's how:
Access the Tickets Tab Start by clicking on the 'Tickets' tab in your dashboard. π
Locate the Shortcuts Button Look for the Shortcuts button and click on it. This will take you straight to the shortcuts page! π
Itβs super easy to create a shortcut! Follow these simple steps:
Click on New In the top-right corner, click on the 'New' button to start creating your shortcut. β¨
Name and Type Your Shortcut Give your shortcut a clear name so you know what itβs for. Then, type in your pre-written response in the text box. π
Hit Create Once you're done, click 'Create', and voilΓ β your new shortcut is ready to go! π

Once your shortcuts are created, you can manage them all in one place: Your shortcuts will appear in the Shortcuts list. To delete a shortcut, just click the trash icon on the far right. ποΈ
